Directors

The directors are Sir Derek Wanless, Sir Patrick Brown, John Cuthbert, Chris Green, Claude Lamoureux, Martin Nègre, Alex Scott-Barrett and Jenny Williams. All were directors of the Company as at 31 March 2009 and served throughout the year.

In accordance with the Combined Code on Corporate Governance (the Combined Code) and the Company’s Articles of Association (the Articles), two directors will retire by rotation and offer themselves for re‑appointment at this year’s annual general meeting (AGM). Those directors are John Cuthbert and Chris Green. The directors’ biographies are set out here.
